Ingredients: Lotus leaf, oolong tea, gynostemma leaves, honeysuckle,cassia seeds, stevia and hemp seeds. Every 100g contains 3-4g total flavones total saponins (based on ginsengside re) 120-180mg.
Pack contains 30 teabags.
Directions for use: Place on tea bag into cup, mug or in a warmed pot (for one person). Add boiling water and leave for 5 minutes for the leaves to infuse. Add a spoonful of honey to taste if required.
